So in 2006 we invited all the old graduates back for a bit of a reunion and offered them the chance to do just that. The winner basically gets to run their own business – a bit of a challenge for anyone.We got the graduates to present their signature dishes and chat to us about their ideas for a restaurant and then me and some of the trustees from the The Jamie Oliver Foundation picked the four we thought had the most potential. The series follows the lucky four as we put them to the test in some of London's most challenging restaurants, and trust me, we don't make it easy!
